PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE FRONT ROOF CARRIER BAR (except Off Road Package)
(a) Install the socket key.

(b) Turn the socket key and release the roof rack leg cover LH lock as shown in the illustration.
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the other side.
(c) Detach the claw and guide and remove the front roof rack leg cover LH.

(d) Remove the roof rack bar joint and washer. HINT: Use the same procedure described for the other side. |

(e) Remove the front roof carrier bar as shown in the illustration.

2. REMOVE REAR ROOF CARRIER BAR (except Off Road Package)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the front roof carrier bar.
3. REMOVE FRONT ROOF CARRIER BAR (for Off Road Package)

(a) Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 "TORX" screws and front roof carrier bar. |

4. REMOVE REAR ROOF CARRIER BAR (for Off Road Package)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the front roof carrier bar.
