DESCRIPTION
These DTCs are stored when the DCM (Telephone Transceiver Assembly) detects an open or a short in the telephone and GPS antenna assembly (No. 1 amplifier antenna assembly) circuit. The DCM (Telephone Transceiver Assembly) receives 1574.42 - 1576.42 MHz radio frequency signals from satellites through the telephone and GPS antenna assembly (No. 1 amplifier antenna assembly). The cable is a 50 Ω coaxial cable.

PROCEDURE
(a) Turn the ignition switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 10 seconds.
(d) Turn the Techstream on.
(e) Clear the DTCs.

(a) Disconnect the telephone and GPS antenna cord (No. 4 antenna cord sub-assembly) from the telephone and GPS antenna assembly (No. 1 amplifier antenna assembly) connector.

(a) Replace the telephone and GPS antenna assembly (No. 1 amplifier antenna assembly) with a known good one and check if the same problem occurs again.

Do not exchange the DCM (Telephone Transceiver Assembly) with one from another vehicle.
