INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install a new oil control valve filter to the cylinder block sub-assembly.
(b) Install 2 new oil cooler gaskets to the oil cooler assembly.
(c) Install the oil cooler assembly to the cylinder block sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.
Torque:
16 N·m {163 kgf·cm, 12 ft·lbf}
(d) Connect the No. 1 water by-pass hose and No. 2 water by-pass hose to the oil cooler assembly, and slide the 2 clips to secure them.
2. ADD ENGINE OIL

3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)

4. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

5. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

7. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH

10. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH
