DESCRIPTION
The windshield wiper relay assembly controls the windshield wiper motor assembly through this circuit.

PROCEDURE

1. |
PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (FRONT WIPER OPERATION) |
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Active Test.
(e) Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.

INSPECT WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY |
(a) Remove the windshield wiper motor assembly.

(b) Inspect the windshield wiper motor assembly.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY - WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY) |
(a) Disconnect the A5 and A6 windshield wiper relay assembly connectors.
(b) Disconnect the A93 windshield wiper motor assembly connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
