DESCRIPTION
The ECO drive mode control is activated for the air conditioning system by operating the integration control and panel assembly (ECO switch).
When the air conditioning system control cannot be performed while in ECO drive mode due to a malfunction etc., the following causes are possible.

PROCEDURE
1.

READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (ECO SWITCH)
|
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Data List.
(e) Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

(a) Remove the integration control and panel switch assembly (ECO switch).

(b) Inspect the integration control and panel switch assembly (ECO switch).

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY - AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY AND BODY GROUND)
|
(a) Disconnect the G32 integration control and panel assembly (ECO switch) connector.
(b) Disconnect the G46 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
