PROCEDURE

1. CUSTOMIZE LIGHTING SYSTEM (INT)

(a) Customizing using the GTS

HINT:

The following items can be customized.

NOTICE:

  • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
  • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
  • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

Turns on the following lights when the DOOR switch of the map light sub-assembly and spot light assembly are on and the electrical key transmitter sub-assembly is brought near the vehicle:

  • Map light sub-assembly
  • Spot light assembly
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (driver side footwell light)*1
  • No. 2 interior illumination light assembly (front passenger side footwell light)*1
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (center tray light)*2
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (driver side tray light)*2
  • Interior illumination light sub-assembly (front passenger side tray light)*2
  • Console box illumination light assembly*3

Interior Lights ON when Door Unlocked Function

Turns on the following lights automatically when the DOOR switch of the map light sub-assembly and spot light assembly are on and the doors are unlocked by an unlock operation (key-linked, wireless or entry unlock function):

  • Map light sub-assembly
  • Spot light assembly
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (driver side footwell light)*1
  • No. 2 interior illumination light assembly (front passenger side footwell light)*1
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (center tray light)*2
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (driver side tray light)*2
  • Interior illumination light sub-assembly (front passenger side tray light)*2
  • Console box illumination light assembly*3

Interior Lights ON when IG OFF Function

Turns on the following lights automatically when the DOOR switch of the map light sub-assembly and spot light assembly are on and the ignition switch is turned from ON or ACC to off:

  • Map light sub-assembly
  • Spot light assembly
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (driver side footwell light)*1
  • No. 2 interior illumination light assembly (front passenger side footwell light)*1
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (center tray light)*2
  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (driver side tray light)*2
  • Interior illumination light sub-assembly (front passenger side tray light)*2
  • Console box illumination light assembly*3

Light Control Function

Dims the following lights when the ignition switch is ON and the shift lever is moved to any position other than P:

  • No. 1 interior illumination light assembly (driver side tray light)*2
