1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH)

(a) Check the resistance.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(b) Inspect the illumination:

(1) Apply battery voltage to the integration control and panel assembly (electric parking brake switch) and check that the switch illuminates.

OK:

Battery positive (+) → Terminal 12 (ILL+)

Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1 (ILL-)

Illuminates

If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (electric parking brake switch).
